Manager, Head Padel Coach

As Head Coach of Elevate Padel Coaching, Matt brings over 20 years of experience as a performance and head tennis coach. During this time, he has developed extensive expertise in player development, coach education, and programme design, working with players of all levels, from complete beginners to international competitors and national champions. He now applies this wealth of coaching experience to padel, building high quality coaching programmes while developing both players and coaches.

Before transitioning into padel, Matt competed at the highest level of junior tennis, including prestigious events such as The Championships, Wimbledon and the Queen’s Club Championships, before going on to compete professionally in Futures and Doubles Challenger events. This high level competitive background gives him a deep understanding of the technical, tactical, physical, and mental demands of performance sport, which he now brings into his padel coaching.

Callum is a padel coach, fitness professional, and owner of Padall Padel Club, passionate about helping players improve their game and enjoy the sport.

With 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, Callum has helped people become fitter, healthier, and more confident. Over his years playing padel, he has combined this coaching experience with his growing knowledge and passion for the game to help players develop their skills, movement, tactics, and confidence on court. His coaching style is energetic and supportive, delivering enjoyable sessions for players of all levels.

As owner of Padall Padel Club, Callum is committed to growing the sport and creating a welcoming environment where players can improve, compete, and have fun.

Marie discovered her passion for racquet sports at the age of eight and progressed to a national level in tennis, achieving a ranking of third in Great Britain during her junior years. During this time, she won multiple Junior National Doubles titles and represented Great Britain internationally in the Under-14 age group. She later discovered padel and immediately developed a strong affinity for the sport, which has since become a major focus of her life.

Marie has competed in and won numerous padel tournaments, including league competitions, and is now committed to using her experience and technical knowledge to help players develop their skills and confidence on the padel court. She is passionate about delivering high-quality coaching within a positive, enjoyable, and encouraging learning environment. Her qualification enables her to coach players of all abilities, from complete beginners through to advanced competitors.

Marie Allen

Joe’s padel journey began at Risbygate, where he quickly developed a passion for the sport and its unique blend of tactics, movement, and fun. Since then, his coaching has taken him from Bury St Edmunds to Greece and back, working with players of all levels and helping them develop confidence and understanding on court.

With over 10 years of coaching experience and a strong tennis background, including competing nationally at school level and captaining his university team at BUCS level, as well as being a national Pickleball finalist and coach, Joe brings extensive racket sports knowlege to his padel coaching.

His coaching style is relaxed, positive, and player-focused, creating an enjoyable environment where players can learn, improve, and build confidence while developing their game.

Rachel discovered her passion for padel through her lifelong love of racket sports and quickly embraced the game’s social, energetic, and accessible nature. She is passionate about helping players of all ages enjoy the game while building confidence and developing their skills on court.

Alongside her padel coaching, Rachel is Programme Manager at Full Swing Tennis Coaching and a qualified pickleball coach, giving her a wide range of transferable knowledge across racket sports and player development.

With years of experience coaching and leading groups, her coaching style is positive, encouraging, and inclusive, creating a welcoming environment where players can learn, improve, and enjoy the game.

Rachel Jeffs

Stan’s padel coaching comes from a lifelong passion for racket sports and is strongly supported by his extensive tennis coaching background, providing many transferable skills in player progression and leading high quality groups.

Stan began tennis at the age of six and competed throughout his junior years both in Ukraine and internationally. After moving to the UK in 2005, he continued to compete at regional and BUCS university level, building a strong competitive understanding and how to support players in competitive matches.

As a coach Stan focuses on developing strong fundamentals, with an emphasis on technique, footwork, and building a solid base for long-term improvement. He understands that every player is unique and adapts his coaching to suit individual needs.

Community & Partnerships Manager

Abi is the Community & Partnerships Manager at Elevate Padel Coaching, focused on creating meaningful opportunities for people across the communities we work in to access and enjoy padel.

She works to develop inclusive initiatives, opening up the sport to a wide range of groups including SEND, and communities and individuals who may not typically have the opportunity to take part in racket sports. Abi is passionate about breaking down barriers and making padel more accessible for everyone.

A key part of her role involves building strong partnerships with local councils, community groups, schools, and organisations to help grow the game at grassroots level. Through these collaborations, she helps develop sustainable long term community engagement with the sport.
