1. Interpretations


“We”, “Us” means Elevate Padel Coaching

“You”, “Your”, “Our”, “Client” means clients including anyone booking for themselves or on behalf of another e.g. child

“Website” means elevatepadelcoaching.com

“Coach” means the padel professional leading the class

2. Information about us and how to contact

Elevate Padel Coaching Limited is a company registered in England. Our registered office address is 19 Chauntry Road, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 8BE.

3. Booking a class

We require you to reserve your place on our courses by booking online at elevatepadelcoaching.com or email contact@elevatepadelcoaching.com

Thought the relevant club booking application or website

Please check the venue booking terms and conditions if this is applicable to your booking

All course bookings are subject to availability.

Bookings are non refundable after purchase from us, unless we are presented with a valid medical or personal reason.

It your responsibility to check that you have been enrolled for the correct course, and that you are aware of the correct timings of this class. These will be emailed to you upon completion of the course signup and payment for your reference

Most courses do not run during school holidays. It is your responsibility to check the dates of your course. The coach will prompt when the end of the term has finished or is coming to an end

During the booking process, you will be asked to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions (this document). 

Any medical conditions and/or allergies that coaches should be aware of must be declared via the website booking process by you.

You will require a current email address and phone number to confirm bookings.

We reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions within this document.

4. Holiday Camps

In order to attend any camp, the Child must be able to go to the toilet independently. When a child needs the toilet, a member of staff will remain outside the toilet. At no point will the Coach enter the toilet with the Child unless they are in difficulty.

The Parent/Carer must provide all snacks and drinks for their Child for the session.

In hot weather you are advised to ensure that you provide your Child with a hat, apply a high factor sun cream (before you arrive to camp) and a cold-water bottle for refilling

 5. Payment and cancellation

Payment for Classes shall depend on the offers made available by Elevate Padel Coaching or one or their partner clubs at the time of booking. Generally, the options that Elevate Padel Coaching make available are: Termly adult and junior club bookings, Junior holiday camps, Schools groups

You must book and pay in full for the course you wish to attend, this may be a whole block of sessions or individual pay and play sessions. Once payment is received unless you are contacted by a member of staff you place is confirmed (if for example a new player signed up to an advanced course we would contact you to discuss). Payment is made online at elevatepadelcoaching.com or the partner club website or application

Please note:  We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties


Once registered on one of our coaching courses we can guarantee that: you are assured of your place for the duration of the term, the same coach will run your sessions, unless unavoidable, the appropriate court space and equipment will be provided, the coach will provide a safe learning environment to the best of their ability, ’Elevate Padel Coaching’ will provide any relevant feedback to clients.

 6. Cancellation Policy for group coaching (including term time courses and holiday camps)

There are no refunds for missed classes by you. If coaching is cancelled due to bad weather we do not offer any refunds however you are able to attend an equivalent class one another day at your club or at any other venue we deliver coaching at (not including schools). 

We only cancel due to bad weather if it is deemed unsafe to play by the coach. Speak to your coach about other classes that would be right for you/your child. If we cancel a session for a non-weather related reasons then the session will be added on at the end of the term

Elevate Padel Coaching reserve the right to cancel any session that is under subscribed. If this occurs you will receive a full refund.

Elevate Padel Coaching will notify you as soon as possible if a coach is unable to attend a session, and no cover can be sorted.

Bookings are non refundable after purchase from Elevate Padel Coaching. If we are presented with a valid medical certificate declaring the participant unfit to attend we will provide a credit note.

7. Cancellation Policy for private coaching

There is no charge to you if more than 48 hours notice is given for the cancellation of a private lesson. Court fee charges are subject to the venue policy. If we cannot reclaim court fees then this charge will be passed onto you, the client

If 12-24 hours notice is given by You for the cancellation of a private coaching session You will be charged 50% of the lesson fee

If less than 12 hours notice is given by You for the cancellation of a private coaching session you will be charged 100% of the lesson fee.

8. Cancellation/Refund Policy, Schools Coaching

Elevate Padel Coaching reserve the right to cancel any session that is under subscribed. If this occurs You will receive a full refund.

Any session missed due to coach unavailability will be added on to the end of the term.

Sessions missed due to bad weather will not be refunded

Bookings are non refundable after purchase from Elevate Padel Coaching, unless we are presented with a valid medical certificate declaring the participant unfit to attend.

Elevate Padel Coaching aims to notify you 24 hours in advance if a coach is unable to attend a session, and no cover can be sorted.

If you are unable to attend a coaching session you will not be entitled to a refund.

9. Complaint’s Procedure

We hope you will be delighted with our service but if you are at all unhappy please follow our complaints procedure

Speak to the coach, or email the office at contact@elevatepadelcoaching.com, who will try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

If the response is not satisfactory, please send your complaint in writing to the office (address in section 2)

10. Exclusion of Liability

Except in the case of fraud, Elevate Padel Coaching, its coaches, servants, employees or agents accept no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, expense or delay suffered or incurred by the Parent, Carer, Child or any other party arising directly or indirectly or in any way connected with the attendance of the Child at any Elevate Padel Coaching (or related sessions) or any other act or omission on the part of Elevate Padel Coaching or any of its coaches, employees or agents even if such act or omission is negligent.

The Parent acknowledges, warrants and undertakes (for and on behalf of the Parent and the Child) that the maximum aggregate liability of Elevate Padel Coaching to the Parent, Carer and/or Child under these terms shall not exceed the Fee payable in respect of any class (or related session).

All warranties and conditions whether implied by statute or otherwise are excluded from this contract provided that nothing in this contract shall restrict or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Elevate Padel Coaching, its coaches, servants, employees or agents or affects the statutory rights of the Parent, Carer or Child.

Any claim that a Parent, Carer or Child seeks to make against Elevate Padel Coaching must be brought within sixty (60) days of the event giving rising to the claim. Any claim made thereafter may be time-barred, subject to your statutory rights.

11. General Policies

Elevate Padel Coaching can accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any personal items whilst on our courses.

You should wear appropriate Padel clothing or sportswear to coaching sessions. Especially appropriate footwear

Only recognised padel (or tennis / sports) shoes may be worn at Elevate Padel Coaching sessions.

You should bring a drink to every session.

You are responsible for arriving on time for each coaching session. It is also your responsibility to be on time for collecting younger players, and communicating any changes in pick up methods to Elevate Padel Coaching

Late collection of a client resulting in the coach needing to stay after the session will result in a £5 charge for up to every 15 minutes that they have to wait until the client is collected.

Any aggressive actions (verbal/physical) towards our staff, employees or clients will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to decline access to anyone who does not comply with our policies. You will have no right to a refund in this case.

To protect children, please refrain from taking photographs. This is in accordance with government child protection guidelines.

We may need to film or take pictures of the class for marketing or training purposes. If you are not happy with this please let us know at the time of your booking. This is very infrequent but does happen from time to time.  As long as you have informed us we will offer credit for the session that you or your child will have to miss due to this

Elevate Padel Coaching accepts the service of documents via email and any notices to be sent by either party to the other shall be sent in writing by pre-paid recorded delivery or hand-delivered and shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee within 48 hours of posting or immediately if hand delivered.

The failure to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all the obligations arising under these Terms.

The safety and wellbeing of your child or the child in your care is of the upmost importance to Elevate Padel Coaching. We have a responsibility to report any inappropriate or suspicious behaviour to the relevant authorities.

Whilst we will try to ensure you always have the same Coach in a particular class, we cannot guarantee this as Coaches may fall ill, leave or cancel for personal reasons. On occasion we may also need to have a new coach join or lead your lesson in order to complete the course. This will in no way affect the quality of your Class and Elevate Padel Coaching may change coaching staff at its discretion.

We reserve the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business or statutory obligations. The new version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. If applicable these changes will be communicated to all our customers by email. If you book Classes after the new Terms and Conditions have come into effect as part of your booking process you will indicate your agreement to be bound by them. 

In order to provide the Parent/Carer and Child with services we may need to process personal data relating to you/them. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we use your personal data and your rights in relation to your personal data.

Elevate Padel Coaching shall have absolute discretion to cancel its contract with any Parent for any reason.

These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
